ABOUT
BISARTO Ltd encompasses two key divisions: ‘training for development’ and ‘design for marketing.’
Originally established in 2003 we became a limited company in 2015.
The Training division specialises in Leadership & Personal Skills training, provided on a consultancy basis for companies in the utilities & infrastructure sectors as well as the higher education (HE) sector.
From our training facilities in Warwickshire we offer workshops and our bespoke ‘Off to Pastures New’® Career Development Programme.
With over 33 years’ experience, we bring to life the theories and frameworks with examples from both the commercial world and academia. Particular expertise in designing and facilitating large team building events and Myers-Briggs (MBTI) coaching sessions.
The Design division covers design for print, logo development, signage, exhibition displays and web-sites. Specialists in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Occupational Health campaigns.

Tina,
Training Director
With a career spanning 33 years in both the private and public sectors, Tina has experienced a great deal of corporate change. Her key expertise is in designing and delivering personal and professional development programmes and supporting career journeys.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) 1994-2020, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) she is also a qualified Myers-Briggs Trainer (MBTI).
She combines her hobby (eating biscuits) with regular work as a Training Consultant for a range of organisations including:

Creative Director
Operating from the ‘N.E.S.T.’ in Wootton Wawen, James heads up our design division.
With an in-depth understanding of the requirements of ‘house style' he has almost 30 years' experience of adhering to the corporate identity and design standards for global clients across a range of industries.
Working closely with Health & Safety teams in the power industry he has a wealth of knowledge around producing successful campaigns to ensure people return home safe from work, every day.

We have a fantastic team of training associates with experience in both the public and private sector.
THE BISARTO DOG
Quite frankly, the BISARTO-dog is not the greatest asset to BISARTO's production output; he can neither design a website or facilitate an engaging training workshop on Zoom.
He spends quite a lot of his time lounging around the N.E.S.T., looking for biscuit crumbs or asking if he can go for a walk to find squirrels to bother.
